Yesterday will be the last time that I go into that shop at UTC University Town Center mall La Jolla San Diego. do not recommend this store do not recommend it at all, really poor management, really bad district managers, really really bad Corporation, they must be aware that the 20 year old girls that they hire our too dinghy to hold down a job, the very very best companies the best companies of all the smartest companies hire and train; and this is key; they train **they train their employees to be the best they can be, so the company is represented well so we can have a nice experience and spend our money and feel good about what we buy but this company is going downhill more and more they need to put a camera in the store at all times and watch how awful the employees are my very very best recommendation would be to get rid of all your employees that are under the age of 30 and bring in employees of all ages, because it's all ages of women who buy clothing and accessories but this company "doesn't get it" they think that it's okay to give horrible service read the other reviews the district managers are not getting back to the customers who are desperate to have a conversation about their...

I agree with the other negative reviews of customer service here. Not sure what it is but the young girls they hire here are by and large very stuck up, or maybe just oblivious?.. I am a minority as well, fwiw. One time an employee actually pushed past me when there was plenty of clearance to walk by without doing that.. Nevermind acknowledging me or asking if I needed a dressing room.

All fine, I just went to Macy's to shop for FP where the ladies are very sweet. But further, about the brand itself, ok let's be straight, their designs are great if you're going for the "free spirit living on a trust fund" look, which I was, I'll own it! But gurl... It's mostly F21 quality. Cheap fabrics. Wash that dress or shirt a couple times and tell me I'm wrong! Jeans are probably your best bet here, otherwise look elsewhere. You can find your Goodwill saturated with FP for a good reason: The clothes honestly just don't last, these are fast fashion pieces at slow fashion prices. There are better and more sustainable brands at this price point. Do the research. They're skimping on quality because they market to a younger crowd who do not yet...

Atrocious customer service. I walked in and was welcomed by an unenthusiastic “hello” from a sales girl who looked like she could not possibly be more miserable. I walked further into the store, and asked this poor girl how her day was going. She gave me a blank stare, and did not reply. I was so astounded by her rudeness, I simply walked out of the store. In 2023, there is absolutely zero reason why I’d give my money to a store that cultivates an exclusive and unwelcoming environment. It looks like I’ll just save my Free People purchases...
