So sorry about the first 2-star review! It was operator error. Couldn't fix it right away and then forgot to try again later. At any rate, Alex was welcoming, the salon was clean and updated, and comfortable. Love that you've got complementary wine! Not gonna lie, I'm still getting used to my new hair cut. I have very curly hair that I've been growing out for about a year, and wanted my new cut to look great both curly and straight. Initial cut was a bit of a shock, length wise the reality is shorter than I expected, but it's not fair to make a complete judgement about the cut until I sit with it for a little while. I left the salon with bone straight hair so still need to check it out curly before knowing how I really feel about it. Looking forward to playing around with it some to see how I really feel. She took the time to truly listen to what I wanted and carefully reviewed all my reference images. I appreciated her attention to detail and how patient she was throughout the process.
