DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU HAVE ALLERGIES: I came in with my friends (6/08/24) for dinner. The experience was terrible. We were greeted warmly by the host but literally just the host. As soon as we were seated it took a while for the server to even acknowledge us or say anything. She pasted by our table several times. That should have been warning flag #1. Once she finally came and took our order I had ordered the salmon Teriyaki. I did not know it had pepper all over it and I have an allergy to pepper. The menu clearly doesn't state it has any pepper. It's just listed as grilled. When I tried flagging down the server and trying to get her attention she clearly just ignored us. After my friend finally managed to get her to come to our table. (She literally had to raise her hand for a while) I first asked her if the salmon had any pepper on it just to make sure I wasn't making a big deal out of nothing. And she stated she did not know and that she would ask. When she came back she stated that it indeed had pepper. I clearly stated to her that I could not eat it and before I could even explain why? She rudely interrupted and said why not? I explained to her that I was allergic to pepper and that the menu did not state it had pepper at all. She then took then food back to the kitchen and did not come back. She gave me no explanation about what happened with my food or even bothered taking my order for something else. She proceeded to ignore us the rest of the night. I sat there at the table with no food for more than an hour and all I ate was edamame. By that point I just decided to wait for my friends to finish and not say anything as I already have issues with food as it is. The server never came back to our table to refill waters, check on us or anything but she went to every other table instead. We ordered buns to go and that even took a long time. My friend had asked her for the receipt when we paid and she still left her a tip after the terrible service. We had to ask 2 more times before we even got the receipt. By the time we left I had not eaten anything besides the edamame and already started sweating & trembling ( I have hypoglycemia). This was by far the worst experience I've had at a restaurant. The server was rude and disrespectful. Please do not come here if you need any accommodations. They seem to not take health conditions seriously and will treat you like trash for...

I hate to be this kind of person, but my experience with Harumama Noodles and Buns has warranted this behavior. On a Thursday morning, my wife ordered over $300 worth of food from this establishment, to be made for pickup at 5:15 the next day. Knowing it to be a sizeable order, my wife's logic was that ordering ahead would help the restaurant better plan for the order. Boy was that a mistake. Upon arriving at 5:15 the following day, to our dismay, we were greeted with a confused look when stating we were there to pick up our order. We were asked, "Are you sure it was for this restaurant?"...Fortunately my wife had received a confirmation email an hour before arriving stating the order was in process for that specific restaurant , which she then proceeded to show the hostess. Turns out, the hostess had indeed received our order the previous day, but had completely forgotten about it the day of pick up and failed to ensure continuity of the order. "I had received this the day prior but I didn't know what to do with it" she said. Still wanting to try the food, we inquired how long it would take to make our order? "30 minutes" is what we were quoted from an individual who seemed to be the lead hostess. 1 hour and 15 minutes later, they finally completed our order, with half the food cold. While they attempted to apologize with a $30 gift card, the failed to prioritize fixing their egregious error and left us walking out the door extremely late and with cold food. It's one thing to estimate the time to make to make an order and be a little off, it's another to falsely advertise in order to retain business. Normally this whole debacle would still warrant a 2-star rating in my book if the food had been good, but unfortunately that was not the case either. While creative, it left much to be desired in terms of flavor...not sure if this was because it was cold...probably not. Either way, owing to poor business practices on multiple accounts and mediocre food, unfortunately we will not be bringing our business back to this establishment. Diner beware. decided to try this place with friends from out of town and ordered so much from the menu. As a group of 4, we decided to try the following:

Karaage Crab wontons Pork potstickers Crunchy salmon tempura roll Dynamite roll Flying pig ramen And of course, the character buns - we tried all them, with the exception of the dessert nutella bun as they did not have any available

The karaage, crab wontons and pork potstickers are what you would expect. They were tasty and a good sized appetizer portion that was good enough for our table.

The 2 sushi rolls we got were ok. I felt that there was too much sauce drizzled on so it made it kind of mushy. The cream cheese in the salmon roll was a little overbearing so you could not really taste the salmon, all i could taste was the cream cheese and sauce. But even so, we still enjoyed it.

The ramen was delicious. The broth was just right and the texture of the noodles was cooked perfectly. The pork belly melted in your mouth.

The little character buns were adorable and social media worthy LOL we opted to try all the savory and sweet. We were afraid that we had ordered too much but because of the mini bun size, it was good enough to try and not get overly full. I will be honest, after the first savory bun, they all started to taste the same to me. None of the flavors stuck out and caught my taste bud’s attention, but they tasted fine. Between the custard and the strawberry dessert bun, we all like the strawberry bun better.

It is a cute place and the food filled us up. The staff were very nice as well. We were lucky enough to get seated right away because after we were seated, a big rush came and there seemed to be a long wait. They do not take reservations so don’t come here hangry LOL! Their website does give parking garage recommendations but decided to just Uber to avoid the hassle. Unfortunately i forgot to take pix of the other food, only got picture of the...
