We've been going here once a week for 2 months now and it has got so bad we will not be going back. I would have given 5 stars but after each and every mistake and rude attitude, they don't deserve any stars. Week 1...female server with instant bad attitude gave us some nasty looks straight away and no smile at all. She was very impatient with us at the counter, Food was good...so we were impressed! 😊 Week 2 ...different female server, bad attitude again lol (what were the chances!) unbelievably impatient and had a natural RBF, no smile no personality either, Food was good again 😊 Week 3 ...female server, bad attitude again!!! no eye contact as usual or smile, food was good again, not greasy, filling and impressed 😊 Week 4..female server gave us the side eye as we walked in and didn't say anything apart from give my husband a nasty look. I saw her and looked here up and down as I walked past and behind my back she said welcome 😂 She then over charged us for an extra dish which we didn't notice until the food came out ...there were 3 dishes and only 2 of us....she saw us discussing from over the counter and did nothing. As soon as I stood up to go to the counter she said" oh I overcharged you!" and got someone else to refund is cash 😡 she knew exactly what she did and only acted bcuz we stood up! Week 5 was a drive through where we ordered 2 items which was read back to us. 1 beef 1 chicken quesadilla and drinks with no ice. GUESS what??? Drinks had ice in which I knew was gonna happen so I sent it back, we drove off to our destination and then found she gave us 2 beef which I don't like.....they were extra greasy and the last slice was swimming in grease, I couldn't eat it the quesadilla was see through that's how much grease was in it! We did drive through so we didn't have to see their resting B# faces or suffer attitude from them and guess what....they f#d our food up anyway. From my observations If you're Latino you will be fine in this place as they make it pretty obvious they don't like interracial couples and they will be rude and try to look down on you. These are some nasty girls that work this place. So go ahead and enjoy if you're gonna blend in with them and their attitude but in the real world of front of house staff... they'd be sacked on the...

Service is HORRIBLE! Food is great if you get past one of the disrespectful, rude, girl taking the order which she gets wrong every time. I order it in Spanish, her first language. The worst part is that I caught her over charging for food at every order, when I asked for a receipt after suspecting overcharging, I brought it up to her. She became argumentative and LOUD making a scene. I happened to order a single grilled fish taco, got charge $11.86. I caught went she verbalized the charge. I took a picture of the menu reading $5.80. I asked “why she charge more than the advertising price”. She quickly stated “she made a mistake and thought I ordered a burrito”. I made a point that she confirmed her understanding of one single grilled fish taco, she became argumentative and denied me my food. I asked for the manager, she shut the drive thru window. I entered the building to ask for a manager because she has a habit of charging more than what was ordered. Then she minimized the amount she was charging by saying, “it’s only $5 dollars more, why are you even arguing about that?” My response, “you’re taking money that you have NOT earned, it’s called stealing”. I was denied a manager by the older lady working with her. It’s embarrassing and disgusting the work ethic this girl has, she’s still stealing money by overcharging. Either the owner is in on it or she’s stealing on her own. Her on going excuse is “I didn’t understand what you were saying”. She did that the first time I was suspicious of the amount charged. Too bad it has the best cooks with lousy low class people like this girl. It’s only her, I like the older women that work there are really professional. The lady working with this girl was shocked. The girl wouldn’t keep her mouth shut, kept mouthing off. I just read that someone else was “overcharged” 10 months ago, my incident was on April 5, 2024 at 4:50pm. I was on my way to work, I couldn’t spend anymore time on it. A drive through fast food turned into an ordeal because of a thief, I just wanted dinner before work. A great place to go if you want to get your order messed up or rude service. We had stopped here about a year ago after a day at Sea World and the food was pretty good so we decided to check it out again. We went on 12/30/2017 and decided to go inside to get our food. It wasn't very busy. Right off the bat when we asked for the restroom key the cashier seemed very annoyed handing it over. We placed our order and began to wait. One of us just simply asked if they have chips and salsa. The gentlemen behind the counter rudely stated "We usually charge for it" before throwing down a basket of chips hard enough to make a few of them fall out and onto the floor. There were five of us and three of us ordered tortas. The only special request we made was no beans on one of them. When we got the order, that torta had EXTRA beans. Simple mistake, so we took it to the counter and simply asked if we could get it with no beans. The gentlemen rolled his eyes and gave it back to the cook and they made another one. When we got it back, not only did it have no beans but it was only meat and bread. They had taken everything else off too. We went back to the counter again and before we could say anything he asked "What's wrong now?" He was rude enough that we all got up and left our food there without eating the rest of our food.
