Read moreThe swim lesson was good enough. We took my 7 year old son who needed to practice before the summer. The 1 star is for the lack of customer service from the back office. The phone system doesn’t work. Emails don’t get returned. When you go on the kids say they will tell the manager. We were told first lesson is free and next 3 are 70% off. We were charged extra. I’m calling and emailing everyday. I’m canceling further classes because it’s not worth it.
I am still waiting on my refund. I was also charged $35 today after canceling all classes. I’m upset and need to be refunded immediately. This business is not ok how they operate.

After just three classes with this toddler swimming school(we had 4), it became apparent that it wasn't the right fit for us. Our first class was on the 7th of April, and by the third session, it was clear that the 30-minute sessions were filled with distractions, hindering any progress for our little one. What's more is that we were unexpectedly charged without prior notice. Apparently, there's a 30-day notice requirement, which was never clearly communicated to us at the beginning. They’ve said that I’ve signed for it. How many people reads all the terms when you sign in from the phone.
