Pilates Room Studios — Local services in San Diego

Warning: They don't answer their phone and keep billing you even if you cancel with them for an injury you got during Covid for inexperienced pilates instruction!

They offered some day passes instead of a refund for the service never provided. They now say you can't use day passes without paying them every month for $69.30.

So they expect you to pay monthly to use any day passes you have for the $69.30 they charge every month that you can't use. How does it make any sense except for a despair business owner trying to defraud their customers?

This place smells like bankruptcy; they NEVER answer the phone and only use email to avoid talking to a paying customer. The customer service is horrible, this will not speak to you, but soon they will be speaking to our lawyer.

RUN from this place and find yourself a real pilates studio with real instructors that know how to teach, so students don't...

Today I attended a Paige Daly's class for the first time. It was my second time doing Reformer and Paige did not help me and body else that all ! She was walking around looking herself at the mirror. Two of my neighbors helped me to adjust the reformer properly !!!! After class I was talking with other students that expressed the same disappointed, but they don't have more options to keep going to this class because they are living closer. I been going at Downtown location and the teacher was on top of us looking to doing the right moved. I never going back to Pilates Room if Paige Daly is the teacher. I prefer...

I love this place. After coming here about 8 times, I’ve already been able to tell a substantial difference, and i never leave disappointed! Every class is a bit different ( i like the Pilates mix classes ) and even those have a difference with each teacher. It’s nice working out in a group and on the reformer! I totally recommend trying it out...
