Dropped off a family heirloom on Saturday for resizing. Minerva was stellar. She said it takes about 3 weeks to get back, but I need it in about 10 days. Minerva called and got approval for rush order and didn't charge me extra. I've been to multiple jewelry stores and Kay was my last resort. Five stars for going above and beyond. Especially since I'd just had a pretty lackluster experience with another jewelry store in the mall. The difference between the two stores was really like night and day - from the fact that you don't have to wait to be buzzed inside, to each and every employee at Kay being pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful and kind. I love the entire staff at this store they are very friendly, welcoming, professional, they treat you like family and most importantly take care of you as a customer. Martha was the one who acknowledged me and greeted me with a warm smile when I first walked to the store and she helped me through the entire process with my ring.
