The Kate Spade outlet in Las Américas is a great destination if you want to pick up a high quality handbag or purse at less than retail. I definitely find the Kate Spade outlet store to be quite nice, and their product offerings are excellent.

The original price can be a bit steep. Once I discovered the Kate Spade store at Las Américas near the US–Mexico border, I found my options for buying the women in my life nice gifts without breaking the bank - definite improvement.

The staff is ultra friendly here—unbelievably energetic and helpful. Super young, so they’ve got pure energy, which is cool, and they know their products.

One challenge about the outlet store is you never know what you’re gonna find because it’s end-of-stock or last year’s models. However, unless you’re burning to have this year’s version, it’s a great place to find a serious fashion accessory that looks really good.

Why would I know this? Romance stories require a lot of time spent in places like this. But it’s actually pretty fascinating to see the quality and effort that goes into any one of these products. On May 10 (mexican mothers day) I went to the store in Las Americas, it was around 7:40pm and I run from the parking lot to the store. I was wearing my work clothes (construction) so I looked a little dirty. When I got to the store it took me 10 minutes to take a look and decide for my wife's present, nobody gave a hand or anything. Once I got to the cashier I spend around $200 dollars and walk away. When I was on my way to the car I noticed that the paper bag they gave me it was wrinkle and it look ugly because there was no time to burn, so I went back to the store and it looked like if I was a ghost, I stand in front of the cashiers with my kate spade wrinkled paper bag and nobody told me anything and I left. It was a gift so I wanted to look the best it could, but I guess those persons that looked a little dirty don't need customer service, we are all equal and we all pay with the same money. Please have respect for construction workers that want to buy...

Customer service is the worst. I have some questions team members were pretending they were doing something. I also felt being talked about and laughed at, when I asked them to hang on coz I'll check out the other color of the bag. Poor customer service I've experienced. The manager here is the worst, she started the laughing. Beware people. Worst katespade...
