Top notch experience! I had originally been interested in the Osmosis infusion facial, but Heather recommended the Hydrafacial based on my skin concerns and how my skin felt to her.

The place is very easy to find (she texted me clear instructions in the morning of the appointment) with free, easy parking. Her treatment room is so warm and cozy. She started the appointment promptly and didn’t rush through the consultation. I also really appreciated that the consultation time didn’t cut into the treatment time! For first timers, I’d recommend leaving some extra buffer time beyond the scheduled timeframe, just in case.

During the consultation, Heather patiently listened to all of my skin concerns and history, confirmed all of the information that I put in the pre-appointment questionnaire, and gave me some great education.
