Gather ye close, good gentles all, and hearken to a tale of marvels wrought beneath the starry vault of San Diego’s skies.
In an age not far past, I did set forth upon a journey through the streets and alleys of that fair city, seeking knowledge of phantoms and whispers from beyond the mortal veil. Mine heart was brave, yet curious, for tales of hauntings had reached mine ears. And so it was that I found myself in the company of a ghostly fellowship, guided by none other than Tino, the Keeper of Ghostly Lore.
Lo, Tino be a man of noble spirit and quick wit, whose tongue floweth with stories as a river runneth swift. His knowledge of San Diego’s haunted past is as deep as the ocean and as bright as the moon upon dark waters.
By lantern light and under shadows long, Tino led us to places most wondrous and dread:
👻 The Yuma Building, whose very stones do whisper secrets of sorrow and unseen wraiths.
👻 The Horton Grand Hotel, where restless spirits pace silent corridors, and Tino’s voice conjureth their tales as though they stood before us in flesh and shade.
👻 The Old City Hall, where deeds of yore lie buried ‘neath dust and time, yet rise anew at Tino’s bidding.
And many more places whose names are writ in the secret annals of the city, revealed unto us by Tino’s craft.
Ne’er in all my travels have I met a guide such as he. Kind is he, and merry, with a laughter that warmeth the coldest night. He answereth all questions with patience and delight, and holdeth his audience spellbound with words woven fine as silk. In his telling, the dead do speak, and the past doth live once more.
Thus do I swear upon my honor: whosoever desireth an eve of wonder, of history and hauntings entwined, must needs seek this noble company. And if fate be kind, may Tino be thy guide. For in truth, he is a master of his craft, and a friend to all who walk beside him.
So ends my tale. Go forth, brave souls, and seek the ghostly paths of San Diego—for therein awaiteth...
Read moreI recently took a ghost tour with Aiden, and let’s just say the weather set the perfect (if not brutal) mood. It was raining sideways, freezing cold, and I was the only person on the tour. Most people would have called it a night, but Aiden was an absolute professional and was committed to delivering every ghostly detail of the places we walked to on the tour....despite the miserable cold and rainy conditions.
The tour was packed with fascinating and eerie stories of the various historic buildings here in the Gaslamp area. Aiden clearly knew her stuff, diving deep into the history and supernatural lore with an engaging and passionate approach. She didn't just give the standard rundown; she detailed different hauntings, legends, and even lesser-known tales that made the experience feel personal and immersive.
The weather definitely made things challenging. I genuinely appreciated Aiden’s dedication and storytelling. A unique, unforgettable experience—just maybe pick a night when the rain isn't blowing sideways, which isn't normal for San Diego. I'm from Alaska so I was okay but definitely was soaked and cold at the end of the tour!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (Five stars for Aiden, 2 stars for...
Read moreOur tour was very informative and our guide Fernando was amazing, full of energy and didn’t let the surroundings distract him from the tour. We had a small group which was perfect as we never had to slow down and the stories were interesting and full of historical information about the gaslight district. The tour is also the most affordable ghost tour I saw in San Diego being less than half the price per person and the same length as other tours. The only thing you need to know is that while the head office is in old town it is not an old town ghost tour, and I did have a lot of trouble trying to reach someone over the phone, I called quite a few times for additional information and no one ever picked up, but the email they send you has the information you need to get to your tour. Overall great experience and would recommend anyone interested in ghost stories or history to go as once your done you can spend the rest of the night in gaslight district. Definitely recommend Fernando as a guide with all his jokes for the spookiness, thorough information and great...
