Gorgeous Nails — Local services in San Dimas

My nails look hideous (see review on Annie's Nails). I came in here at lunch for the sole purpose of making appt to remove my dip powder. The tech said she had an appt already at 5, so come at 520pm. I had training locally at 630pm, so I asked how long it would take for dip removal, regular mani and pedi. She responded by saying they will work on my hands and feet at the same time. I came back after work and arrived by 505pm. She was finishing up with someone else. When I walked in, she said my appt was at 530pm, I came early, but that's ok??? She had a young man start with my french pedi. (He did a beautiful job by the way). Another customer walked in at 520pm. The lady asked where the tech scheduled to do her pedi was. The one that told me to come at 520pm told the customer she would do her fill first and the other tech was on the way for her pedi. At 545, she was done with the fill and commenced doing the customer's pedi. She didn't say anything to me. The male finished my pedi at about 550pm and got ready to start my nails. So I'm giving this place a two stars merely because of the fact that they're open late. This was my first experience with gorgeous nails and I was hoping I would be a return customer. After leaving and realizing the young thin lady that did my nails left them super thick bumpy with ridges peaks and valleys added to them, I knew I would never be returning to this establishment again. Not to mention the woman who did my pedicure never wiped down the chair and was extremely rough with my feet and didn't really seem to be interested in doing her job at that time. The young man that works at this establishment along with the younger women that work there seem to be extremely unprofessional at times with their back and forth banter they don't realize that there's customers in the store that probably don't want to hear their personal business but they disregard the fact that there is customers present I would strongly suggest anybody who is looking to get any type of services done here to only go to miss Nancy because she seems to be the only person that knows exactly how to do an acrylic fill or any type of...

Owner was very rude once I stopped by, usually not busy and asked for service she said she was busy to come back in 20 minutes, when I did she was still busy I asked her when I could come back?
