I trusted this shop. Peter comes across very friendly. However, after a few years of the brothers servicing my vehicle things changed.

My rear door locks (Suddenly both doors) no longer worked when I picked up my vehicle from their shop. I paid them to replace my reservoir. After one year Peter told me I needed to replace the reservoir again. Later I spend about $1300.00 for thermostat cooling system, etc. They wanted me to do additional work. Peter quoted over $1000 for a service that I did not need. Peter debated their diagnostic check. They were wrong. I did not need that additional service. Later, I noticed my floor mats were a different color, green. However, I purchased black floor mats when I purchased my vehicle. They switch my floor mats! I called to asked Jack, “I don’t think so. No.” Jack said. No other shop has serviced my vehicle.

I totally lost trust in this shop. Recently I took my vehicle to a different shop. Just to find out, one of the holes had glue on it as a fix that I paid 11th Street Auto to replace. Also, I am paying for a service that I paid 11th Street Auto to perform once again. My vehicle has less than 1000 miles on it from it last service when 11th Street Auto “performed” Service. I honestly don’t know what I would’ve done without Jack. After being quoted over $4,600 at the Land Rover dealership ($2,100 for a 60k mile service + $2,500 for repairs), I came here for a second opinion and I’m so glad I did.

Jack and his team were transparent, trustworthy, and thorough. He immediately identified the cracked fuel flange (which the dealership charged me $390 just to diagnose), and quoted me a fair price for both the fuel flange repair and vacuum pump gasket leak. Not only that, but they also took the time to check my squeaky brakes and even fixed my broken heater at no charge.

Jack had never seen my particular heater issue before, but instead of brushing it off, he worked with me directly. He took the time to figure it out and never charged me for the extra effort. In the end, they did all of the work and more than I expected for $1,584 total, which is over $1k less than what the dealership charged. The car was done within 1 day!

This is a shop that actually cares. I felt respected, listened to, and genuinely taken care of. I’ll never take my Range Rover...

I can't say enough good things about 11th Street Auto Repair! I brought in my car for some routine work including a brake light that was out. But I also had another issue that recently came up.

The owner personally took the time to diagnose the issue—I had just began to explain the problem and he instantly knew exactly what the issue was and was able to easily confirm diagnosis and fix it!

Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable, but he also explained everything in a way that made sense and taught me more about my car and how to better maintain it. He was honest, upfront about costs, and genuinely cared about getting my car back on the road safely.
