He's just a good human being. You get a really good feeling from him, and everything you experience really reinforces that good feeling. Excellent experience! I am very satisfied and pleased with my purchase. The customer service was top notch. I am a very nervous buyer and since this was a significant purchase of an item that I could not hold or examine in person, I was even more anxious. I asked many questions which were all promptly answered via text. I had been searching the internet for months and had visited some local jewelers. One jewelry chain even had rubies of similar size sent in so that I could build my own ring but they were very poor quality (heavily included and dark in color) and the cost of just a single loose ruby was more than the price of the ruby and diamond ring that I purchased.
