Very deceptive. My homeless friend had a phone plan here since February. He is eligible for California's ACP (or whatever) discount plan and thus only needs to pay $33 a month for a phone and a tablet. Later, his tablet got stolen. In March, I went there with my friend and payed his April and May bill in advance, and deactivated and cancelled the stolen tablet. However, on Apr. 23, his phone got suspended due to nonpayment of bill. We went there again and found out it was because the stolen and cancelled tablet was still incurring fees. We cancelled the tablet AGAIN and made sure there would not be any outstanding fees that will prevent his phone from working till the end of May. Yesterday (which is NOT the day of the plan renewal day) his phone was suspended again for another fee coming from NOWHERE. We went to the store again today and was told that the cancelled-twice tablet was still incurring fees, and his ACP discount plan is expired. He needed to pay another fee... Very deceptive...

That's all I had. To my name. 93 dollars. I thought it was odd that it came to $93.01 . I didn't check the receipt until the next night when I was chatting to an employee at the store up the road, he said 93 was way too much. I went and got the receipt from my car. As I suspected it was 78 and he just pocketed the rest. When I'm broke and you have a job. Its only a few bucks but you Victor, are not gonna get away with this. Read moreI called customer service, and upgraded my phone, The agent signed me up for a deal that wasn't correct. I got the phone two days later. I went to metro p c s store on fifth street and market, so they could help me activate it. (Well, I was signed up for an extra line that I wasn't told about or wanted., So this messed everything up with my account and my two phones.)
Inside the metro store I spoke to Adolfo and Cathy. They were friendly, patient, professional and very competent. After about forty five minutes and with their persistence,......everything worked out fine and I left happy. I really appreciated being treated like a valued customer.
