Is advertised as $2 for half an hour. You get charged $10 for 29 minutes (See my pictures) That’s a pretty dirtbag move. The place is unstaffed so you can’t do anything about it. No one answers their business number in the evening. Seriously thought about driving through the barricade to get out. I’ll have to call the credit card company to dispute the charge since -- despite being able to provide the attached evidence of overcharge, being able to provide the ticket number and barcode, they won't issue a charge back without physically bringing in the original ticket in office hours. The idea that you'd need the ticket to fix this problem is messed up -- the exit machine usually takes it from you. I still have mine because the exit machine doesn't work and only eats the first quarter inch of the ticket - had to call up the operator to escape this...
Read moreAdequate but flawed bike parking. The actual bike cage is on your right after you ride down the ramp (and go around the fare gates, which is easy when entering but has tight clearance while exiting), within sight of the attendant. The cage can be locked (if so, ask the attendant to open it), but is sometimes left open. There's a camera in the cage with a view of most of it.
Racks consist of wall-mounted vertical racks and a handful of floor mounted staples. The staples are improperly installed, being placed too close to the cage walls, making it difficult to get a lock on the frame. None of the racks are mounted with tamper-resistant anchors, being just nuts on threaded rods. Still, for an inexpensive bike in an attended space it's adequate, much safer than on-street parking in this...
Read moreUsed my ParkMobile app to pay for parking. When leaving I scanned my phone barcode to complete transaction. Then scan failed. When I ask attendant for assistance he told me that the garage did not accept payment via this company. I was then forced to pay another $20 dollars to the attendant, on top of the $13 that I had payed them through ParkMobile. The attendant then gave me an inaccurate receipt that indicated that I arrived at 10:02 am and was charged $30 to someone else’s Visa Card. I provided ParkMobile with a copy of time/date stamped surveillance video of me leaving my home, which is 2 hours away from the parking garage, at 10:34 am. I have yet to receive a refund from ParkMobile or 945 Market Parking. 945 Market Parking does not even answer their phone. These...
