Eyebrows are more important (at least to me) now that masks are required due to COVID. I have been getting my eyebrows done by Meleah for awhile now and every single experience I have had has been so pleasant and satisfying! I typically don’t like going into the city, but Meleah and everyone at the Benefit Brow Bar Union Square makes it all worth it!

Meleah makes me feel safe, constantly sanitizing surfaces and equipment and ensuring me that they are doing what they can to keep their facilities COVID-free. She also walks me through her waxing process and what improvement my eyebrows have made since the last visit. My appointments have always just been me and her in the brow bar, keeping it to a maximum of 2 people in the room at a time. She takes her time with everything and has never made me feel like she’s rushing me out of the door.

I’ve been going to see Meleah at union Square Benefit location for over 10 years now. The first time I came into see her I was in tears because my eyebrows were over waxed and I never thought they’d look nice again. Meleah worked her magic to get them back to looking spectacular! Meleah is friendly and super professional, she knows her brows. She’s also done my make up for special occasions. She makes me feel special and well taken care of every time I come in.
