I’ve been getting my eyebrows waxed here with Yen every month since December 2021 - the best decision ever :) I’m really sensitive about my eyebrows, and during my first visit I told her how I wanted them, she really listened and did an amazing job keeping my brows thick but looking clean and sharp. Every time she shows me the result I just have to say “it’s perfect” because there’s no other words. Yen is amazingly kind, a good listener, and detail oriented - exactly the person you want doing your brows, eyelashes, or other beauty treatments.

I’ve also had Grace do my eyebrows once and though I was nervous (I did say I’m sensitive about my brows!) they came out amazing.

The spa itself is also always sparkling clean and very cute, I really appreciate the touches to make the place so comfortable. I can’t...

Update after three weeks. Eyelashes still last and look pretty good now. Bumped one star for the result!

Had eyelash extensions done here. Waited for 20min to start with. It’s a new place they open and staff was coming from their other store. They were surprised when I showed up on my reservation time.

Place was very cute and well decorated.

The experience. Had glue in my right eye for most of the time. It hurt as hell for the entire two hours. Complained about it many times and was questioned if this was my first time doing it. Although I showed them the picture of what I wanted based on my past pics with eyelash extensions. The result was ok. The girl did it was very kind and nice tho.

Yen did my lash lift and tint yesterday and I really enjoyed our conversation, she’s a lovely person, but the lashes didn’t turn out as expected. I think she was disappointed as well because she didn’t take after pics and said that I should come back to re-lift in a month.

I know my lashes CAN perm to be very lifted, but I guess something about the technique yesterday was off. On the bright side, I was fairly comfortable the entire time with minimal burning.
