The business owner does not stand behind his product. We purchased a cat carrier around the 21st of May 2015 in order to transport our foster to adopt cat home with us. As it turned out we did not need the carrier during the adoption process. This morning July 18 we went to use the carrier for the first time. Once the cat was in the carrier and on my partner's back (doubles as a hand carry and two strap backpack) our cat was escaping through what we found to be a broken zipper. Upon attempting a return today we were told by the owner their was nothing he could do for us as the tags were not in tact and we did not have receipt in hand. Read moreI drive by this store everyday on my way to and from work. When shopping for our new puppy I usually frequent the big corporate stores near Stones Town. Today, I thought I would save some time by picking up his dog food while having to move my car for parking. I received a warm greeting as soon as I walked in from the lady working. She was very helpful in answering all of my questions about the types of foods, treats and toys that are healthy and safe for my type of dog. She made additional recommendations on ways to feed and train my new puppy. She was even kind enough to help me carry some stuff to my car. I will definitely be shopping here...
Read moreThis is everything you’d think of when you think of a “good local pet store.” The store can feel a bit crowded when there are other people and dogs in there, but they have a good selection of everything you need for your fur baby. My dog is a picky eater so I feed her Fromm (not the grain-free kind, though), and since it’s made in small batches it can be hard to find, but they have it here, which makes my life so much easier. They also always let my dog sample some treats, which makes us both happy. They only sell the good stuff here, too, so I don’t need to worry about buying anything that might be problematic.
