I have been with this Regus location since 2015, and noticed they started charging me for services that were previously provided without additional cost and were part of my contract. I've been working with the centre team and even the City Manager, Stuart Fuller (Bill), for months since 2023, and the response from Regus to my Google review that they can't locate me is beyond sad.
Today, I asked for a copy of my contract. Bill sent me the contract I initially signed in 2015 with an end date of 2016 as proof I have a contract with them, that he further claims renews automatically at the end of each term. If a contract is automatically renewed, doesn't all of the existing terms continue into the extended contract term? And doesn't removal or changes of service mid-contract require consent by all parties?
Regus unilaterally and without my consent changed the terms of my services mid-contract. Rather than reinstate the services wrongfully removed or allow me to end my contract, they insist that I am still required to pay for something I never agreed to.
I spoke with a colleague who was renting a Regus location in the Peninsula, and it seems she also experienced Regus changing their rates and removing services mid-contract and without her consent or approval. Perhaps this is also why so many of the offices at Regus remain vacant.
The centre team, Zaria Chatman and Rochelle Thompson, are absolutely wonderful. The location of the office good. However, for anyone considering anything beyond a month-to-month, my experience should be a cautionary tale of what Regus does to their customers.
I have looked up Pacific Workplaces. Their rates are competitive, and they have several locations in and around San Francisco. And unlike Regus, they seem to care about customer...

There was a massive flood in the building that caused them to rip open the walls in our unit yet they never gave any relief.
The space itself was nice and had a fine experience but leaving has been a series of nickels and dimes.
UPDATE: I forgot to mention a huge problem we had. For our rental extension agreement moving from monthly to longer-term, the local reception desk told me via email a deadline to make a decision to lock in the contracted price. When I selected terms before the deadline they shared over email, Regus HQ did not honor the quoted price and charged me over a hundred dollars more a month. I was passed between the front desk and HQ dozens of times and they kept delaying. This was never resolved and Regus refused to make it right. Terrible...
