I can't say enough great things about our experience. Firstly our guide was top notch: Christian did a great job weaving spookyness, humor, and information (and a dash of magic) in our tour. I learned all kinds of new things about the city that I've known my whole life. Christian was charming and gracious but also was so flexible and able to roll with the punches. At one point someone walking their dog walked by and the dog invaded our little group just to get pets (he was a good boy 12/10) and there was no rushing or annoyance by Christian. I could see how the information could be very dry if delivered by another person, but Christian was top notch. Definitely recommending it to all my friends and all visiting from out of town. I would leave six stars if I could. Also, I was in a wheelchair and not only was Christian very accommodating and patient but I felt a very secure navigating the sidewalks. Most of them were wide and easy to drive off. The only issue I had was going down one sidewalk that was on the hill(imagine that in San Francisco) and it was foggy so it was a little slippery for me. But again, Christian took his time and didn't make me feel that I was holding up the group....

The SF Ghost Hunt is a unique experience for tourist and locals alike. I've gone on this tour twice now and loved how both experiences were unique. It's a fun, spooky tour that is expertly guided by Christian Cagigal through Pacific Heights. The tour itself is about one and a half to two hours, and it flew by. Our guide, Christian, was so welcoming and attentive of everyone attending, asking where everyone was from. My last tour had people from Seattle, Boston, Dallas, and France. Christian is an excellent storyteller and improvist, definitely having fun with the group and involving us in the "hunt'". He has an incredible knowledge of San Francisco's rich history that he mixes in with various ghost stories which lends itself to being an exciting and educational tour. I highly recommend this walking tour to anyone who is looking to explore new parts of San Francisco or want to learn more...

I was invited as a guest to go, and gladly went. Admittedly, ghost tours don't draw my attention as anywhere I walk is a damn ghost tour. But Christian truly made the experience completely worthwhile, fun and interesting. Even if one is a skeptic or full on non believer, the history of the city was so very interesting to learn. It goes deeper than what one learns on their own and truly captivates your attention the entire time.

Christian is an excellent tour guide, at ease with being a showman and holds professionalism to the nth degree.

Please note, this IS a walking tour, you WILL be climbing a hill,or two and the "Moderate" hill ...lol... just be prepared and remember, you also walk down.

A definite thumbs up and good thing to do while in San...

Christian is not just a ghost hunter, but a historian, too! He shares rumors and urban legends of hauntings as well as the documented versions of those same stories. Then, he lets you decide what to believe. We were staying at the Queen Anne Hotel and this tour started right across the street. It is convenient to Japantown and surrounding areas, and it's less trafficky than other parts of town. Our Waymo had no problem getting to/from the Queen Anne, including getting in and out of the vehicle. So, it's a great tour in terms of dealing with fewer vehicles and vehicle noise than more touristy areas. Also, when you tour with Christian, you're supporting a small business!

Searching for a ghost walking tour during our trip to San Francisco I found a few viable options. Narrowing down to 2 this particular tour suited all the components including the description, the content, and the aura created with the lantern and appearance. I was not disappointed. Christian presented information with a clear, deep voice mixed with drama and flair - actor and storyteller at its best. He put a lot of energy into the evening and added extra for an enjoyable tour for all.

Great tour! I am a local but finally just took this tour last night. Even though I already knew about some of the haunted spots, Christian added a ton of value with his wealth of knowledge about the local history! It was great to learn more about the neighborhood and the city. I’m so glad that this little company survived the pandemic and is back in action. It’s a city treasure and an example of what makes SF still a great place to live (or die) in! 👻❤️
