I've been here a few times and gotten decent manicures. Last time I went in the nail tech wanted to use the electric nail file to remove my old polish. Those things ruin your nails, so I asked her not to. She did it anyway. I think there was a language barrier and I didn't want to be rude. As a result three of my nails broke badly (very low in the nail bed, even with gel on. This happens when the electric file takes off all of the top layer of your nail making it paper thin). I went back to get the gel removed and my nails trimmed bc now I have three broken nails on one hand. The nail tech again wanted to use the electric file, and I asked her not to. She gave me a bowl of aceton and told me to put my hands in it. I asked her to please do it properly with cotton pads and foil. She agreed but she barely put any aceton on the cotton, and after 20 min she just said it wasn't working (it was) and she used the electric file anyway, ruining all of my nails. All in all I was there for almost two hours to remove gel and my nails are ruined. I have had many many many gel manicures, I get them all the time, and I've never had anyone disregard my requests and destroy my nail to this degree. Now I have messed up nails, all different lengths and it will take 1-2 months min to recover.

I was extremely disappointed as I had a pleasant experience here prior to their remodel. I made an appointment for 2/2 for a gel x set. They informed me the only appointment was at 6:30, an hour before they closed. I showed up at 6:20 and they had scheduled me for the wrong service (dip) and informed me they may not be able to service me. I told them I drive 30 minutes and had made an appointment. Finally a tech was available to do my nails at 7:10. I showed the tech a picture of a simple design I wanted and was told she didn’t do designs. I knew that was a lie bc the customer she helped prior got designs done on her nails. She then told me she only had time to do a single color. That’s not what I wanted but I had already waited almost an hour at this point. The tech rushed and was very sloppy with my nails. The gel polish is not level and you can see lumps and uneven application. She didn’t clean up my cuticles and got gel polish on my skin. After only 3 days one of my nails fell off on 2/5. My nails look terrible. I’m very disappointed with my whole experience and will unfortunately be looking for a new nail salon

I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon. The place was very dirty, and the staff didn’t wear any uniforms, which made everything feel unprofessional. The manicure itself was rushed — they finished it in just 40 minutes, whereas a proper Russian manicure usually takes about 2 hours to ensure high quality. Everything was done very quickly and carelessly. The cuticle work was acceptable, but the polish was poorly applied — it was thin, uneven, and my white nail spots were still clearly visible underneath. After just one week, the polish started peeling off, unlike Russian manicures that last around 3 weeks without any issues. I honestly don’t understand why anyone would pay $45 every week for this kind of service when you can get a high-quality Russian manicure once every three weeks for $110. With the Russian manicure, you get a clean environment, well-groomed professionals, and much better value for your money.

If you want an expensive straight plain color mani, this place may be for you, but if you want a design; you’re in the wrong place. Leave now. I wanted this place to work out and it just didn’t. The moment I walked in, I asked if they could make a simple design. Showed them a reference, they said yes, of course: and I paid $65 for a gel manicure to get a design that wasn’t what I wanted…. At all. the person who helped me just didn’t have any experience making designs. She couldn’t make a simple line straight. It was bad. Not sure if she was training, but you can’t charge that much and then not deliver something basic. I wanted three dots and a reversed French, which she couldn’t make - three straight dots was impossible for her. I was sad, it was very hard to communicate with her since she just kept calling her colleague. I left feeling like I lost $65 on the most expensive manicure I’ve ever had. Plus the customer service was terrible. Wouldn’t...
