Very rude service. They don’t pay attention to the customer to the point that makes me wonder if this is an actual shop or just something to pretend to having a shop. Because they cannot care less about the sales.

I asked to check if they have a size in stock, they would not stop taking about some game on the phone. I had to ask 3 times. They seemed annoyed. The store was empty and there were 2 stuff members, both on their phones. So odd.

Btw, all sales are final, no returns/exchanges whatsoever. How anyone buys there? I wouldn’t just to not yo support this kind of...

My first time at this sneaker shop. Worst experience ever. We weren't greeted when we came into the shop, The people behind the counter were not professional, helpful, nor did they give any customer service. The customers before me weren't even helped. Check prices online before buying here! I bought a pair of Adidas 4d runners for $375 before tax because I was told that they were "rare". I bought the shoes and walked to dinner. At dinner I found the shoes available online with shipping for $150 less at $220 with shipping! I ran back to return the shoes and they told me they don't do returns. They offered me a gift card.
