Era Lounge — Local services in San Jose

I wish this Google listing was accurate so I didn’t waste my time going somewhere basic. I figured, same concept as 386 Lounge, maybe just a new name and owners. Nope.

Big hype on socials, nice pictures, plus this Google listing with pics of craft cocktails really sold me. I walk in, it’s nice and spacious inside, big furniture, good music.

Go up to the bar, ask for a menu – none. A lounge without a cocktail menu? (The reason why I went.) Alright, fine, so I ask the bartender what she recommends for a tequila drink…this is the kicker right here… she recommends a “tequila and red bull?” I was shell shocked.

Perhaps that’s who they are and what they have to offer – fine. However, update your Google listing and don’t catfish people based on a previous business’ amenities.

By no means do I like giving small businesses less than good reviews, especially a new one like this but false advertisement is worse than any mediocre review you...

Had such a great time at Era Lounge for their event - The Link Up! The vibe was fun but and the music was great. The DJs kept us on the dance floor all night! I especially want to shout out the bartenders and our bottle service waitress (forgot her name lol). The bartenders were fast even with a packed bar and they were super friendly and made sure our drinks were exactly how we wanted them.

Our bottle service waitress was so attentive and checked in on us regularly and helped keep our area clear so we could actually dance and enjoy ourselves. It honestly made the night feel easy and enjoyable, which isn’t always the case at busy spots. Will definitely come back in the...

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this dance bar. The place was unbearably overcrowded, and the security guards failed to handle a violent individual who physically assaulted me. He was hovering near the main entrance to intimidate me further. To make matters worse, the restroom environment was uncomfortable and inappropriate, with couples openly engaging in intimate activities. It's a complete lack of consideration for patrons who genuinely wanted to use the facilities. I will never return to this...
