Whenever I need a nice arrangement, I always try to get them from Hills Flower's first. They always have beautiful arrangements with different styles, sometimes very creative. Flowers are always very fresh and tend to last a while wherever they end up decorating. It is located in an unlikely part of midtown, tucked away on Race, on the edge of the appropriately named Rose Garden district, where you just kind of have to know where it is to find it. The florists who work there are always very professional and always go out of their way to customize what you choose or suggest better arrangements. If you choose one of the arrangements from the display, they'll make sure all the flowers are fresh and replace them with new ones if needed. The place that's kind of an antique atmosphere to it, something that for me adds to its charm - I've been hooked on this place for a while and hopefully others can now learn about this gem.

I strongly advise against ordering from this business. The bouquet I received was vastly different from what was paid for, and the quality was extremely disappointing. To make matters worse, they charged $6 per balloon, only to provide a cheap dollar-store balloon with 'Congratulations' written with sharpie in unappealing handwriting. [Why would you think it was okay to do this lol] The bouquet wasn’t even for a graduation, yet they threw in a random 'Congrats Grad' balloon without considering the occasion. If you don’t have the items a customer paid for, the right thing to do is to inform them and issue a refund. This experience was unacceptable, and I would not recommend their services.

I really feel bad making this review. But these flowers look absolutely nothing like for what I sordered, in fact the flowers were already a little withered, so I don't understand why they sent me this when I had also ordered them for the 13th or 14th and they sent the flowers to day on the 12th. and it doesn't look like anything I ordered. I leave a picture for what i order. it's the number 4 and compare what I received.

BIG FAT 0 if I could I ordered an arrangement Tues for Wed Delivery. Got a call end of day Wed., they couldn't find recipient address. Gave recipient cell requested to please call me if any further problems. they called back in 5 minutes # was not correct. Gave correct # (dyslexia struck), this is still Wed. 4:30ish. I contacted recipient on Fri. she said they called Wed 1x and she tried calling back multiple times Thurs with no answer. I contacted them 4:30pm Fri, advised that recipient was at home waiting a call back to set up delivery. They spoke and made arrangement for Sat delivery., the florist promised to call me of any further problems and/or upon delivery and said full refund. She then offered the recipient a 2nd arrangement instead of a refund to me. I had to call for clarification and she changed her story said she would upgrade and not give 2nd arrangement. I again requested refund; we are on day 3 of no delivery. Saturday I did not receive confirmation of delivery call & the recipient did not receive the promised arrangements. Recipient was not home Sunday/Monday and did not receive a telephone call for delivery, she had arranged for her neighbor to receive. Today is now Monday, July 31st and still no arrangement delivered. I rate this...

If I was able to give negative stars i would....I ordered flowers to be delivered two weeks before the delivery date... in the special instructions I was clear that the delivery was to be done between 8:00am and 1:00pm. when the delivery WAS NOT DELIVERED. I called the store to inquire. The OWNER was Rude and said deliveries were to be done by the END OF THE DAY! I asked him why have "Special Instructions" if they are not read or followed? The OWNER said forget it do you want a refund? I told him "what I want is my Flowers to be Delivered, Can you deliver before 2:00?" he said he said he will try but if not he will try and deliver again tomorrow.....(not acceptable) My Delivery was Time and DATE sensitive. I did everything I could to make sure that as the CUSTOMER I gave the OWNER the time and the information needed to deliver the order on time... HILL'S Flowers Failed at every level at this.... I would 100% Avoid...
