I order food in the drive through. Then I needed to go use the restroom and when I went in there the lady told me restrooms are only for customers I got upset, and told the other lady hey tell this lady I just ordered in the Drive-Thru. And then later I told the manager that it was very discriminatory and she tried to brush it off . what if I needed to go to the restroom first, before I ordered. If that happened I would not even have ordered because of the insult. I told ld the women manager, I didn't like that and I was going to leave a bad review and she's like ok. Kinda like whatever . Today is 4-9-2925. I'm a member from the Burger King app. I give this location my business about once per week. This is how to lose that business. Not good. I've never once been told I had to order food first by anyone. This lady is not good and she tried to blame it on upper management like ownership. I don't buy it. Burger King works so hard just to get me in the door, all the emails and text messages and all the offers on the app. Just to disrespect me like this when I show up incredible. This is definitely not the kind of management you want. Extreme training needs to be provided so that they can determine with good judgment on how not to discriminate against your customers. I'm not upset with Burger King because I can go to a different location. But the individuals that are providing poor customer service and making customers feel inadequate, because of their lack of skills. Point is this location will lose customers to other locations if this continues. Many times in other locations I use the restroom before I place my mobile order for the food I'm going to eat. Never once have I been to Told this. So you can imagine how this horrible person made me feel. Like I was a bum or something. That's the whole...
Read moreChanging my review to a 1 star. A mistake was made to my order which was a large number 4 and 3 whopper jrs. Initially only 1 whopper jr was added so I corrected them and said I wanted 3.
The current promo is the 3 whopper jrs for $8.
I looked at the receipt and I was charged $4.99 for 1 whopper jr and then an additional $6 for the other 2.
I brought it up with the casher and let them know I was charged incorrectly. I asked if it could be refunded the amount I was over charged. He said no. Ok, no problem I can talk to the manager. I asked for the manager and the manager blames me for ordering incorrectly and not saying I wanted 3 whopper jrs for the 3 for $8. I told him that I did inform them about the mistake when i made the order and he doubles down and says I didn't tell them about the promo.
I get irritated and tell him they should know about the promos that are being run and the adjustment should have been made when I told them my order.
It's not going to make a difference, but I won't be coming back here.
The complete lack of accountability on the mistake they made was ridiculous.
The manager then complains to me about other customers not telling them about the promos they want and fully blame the customer. Take responsibility for the mistake. It wasn't big of a deal. What made it a big deal was doubling down and refusing to refund me the amount owed.
I got fed up and demanded...
Read moreI have infrequently visited this Burger King for many years. The food has always been on par with other Burger King locations. The inside is on the cleaner side of the Burger King range of cleanliness, which isn't anything spectacular. My major issue with this location is their inability to get orders correct. The breakfast always seems to be the right order but no other time during the day can I assume what is in the bag is what I've ordered. Numerous times I've received a Whopper even though I ordered a fish sandwich or a chicken sandwich... Last order on the app was incorrect. So either plan to inspect each item, opening the wrapper to insure the correct item, or just accept that you are getting a mystery bag. I have kind of accepted the mystery bag, one time I actually got an extra Whopper. They sure like making Whoppers over there. But I don't dislike any of their food so I'm easy. If you do have some specific dietary issue, you probably shouldn't be ordering at Burger King anyway, make sure to fully inspect your order. I recommend parents double check their order, nothing like having a POed child because he got a Whopper with a handful of ketchup packets instead of a 10-piece chicken nugget with sweet and sour...
