Central location with beaches, shops, restaurants all within walking distance. Parking is tight and bit convoluted, but works. Locked gates add a dimension of security. Pool is remarkably well-kept. Units vary in size and condition, but the one we stayed in was recently renovated and nicely maintained (though some minor details were missed, such as the clock on the wall did not have a battery, the towel rack kept falling off in the bathroom, no conventional oven, and the microwave was impossible to understand beyond cooking on full power). AC, in unit laundry (detergent, too!), dishwasher, linens, beach chairs and towels were provided, and other amenities were available upon request. We did have an issue with the hot water, and it took a couple of days to fix, but the owner was attentive and sought to provide reasonable alternatives. As a less expensive alternative to the hotels on Ashford, this is a real option for those who don't need an attached resort, the crowds or housekeeping, and want the flexibility...

Porfavor no cometan el error de gastar su dinero en este “hotel”

Le regalè una estadía del 19-21Julio/2019 a mis hijas en este lugar. El dia antes de que ellas ocuparan la habitación “apt” el gerente el Sr. Armando Torres fué muy atento en enviarme las instrucciones de dónde había dejado las llaves del cuarto núm 13, cuando mis hijas llegaron, para su sorpresa la puerta no abría y en el lugar no había absolutamente nadie para ayudarlas. Procedo a enviarle un email al caballero indicándole la situación y el me indica que lo había notificado para q alguien las asistiera. Pasaron las horas y los dias y allí no se presentó nadie, absolutamente nadie a resolver el problema. Una de las chicas procedió a entrar por una ventana para abrir la puerta y q las otras pudieran entrar. Estuve todo el fin de semana comunicándome con este caballero y núnca hizo nada, le envié el video de mi hija tratando de abrir la puerta y entrando por una ventana y el muy profesional se atrevió a decirme que había encontrado ese video en las redes sociales. Yo tengo todas las pruebas y los golpes q mi hija sufrió. Gracias a esta situación, me cobraron el dinero de la estadía y se quedaron con el down payment.

PD. Cuando abres la llave del fregadero, se abre la llave de la bañera, espero que con mi down payment...

Is a very expensive place, for 2 people and 1 kid, $1000 for 1 month, and the electricity payment is in another bill. Is an old fashioned building, has roof filtrations, the doors are very old, don't have tv, poor water pressure on the 4th floor, the furniture has some defects. In general, the building need a big maintenance.The pool area is clean, but is old, and need a good restoration. The better part of this place is...
