Georgina Rental Homes — Local services in San Juan

We just got back from spending 2 weeks in Unit 5 at Georgina Rental Homes. I miss it already and am trying to figure out when I can get back. The complex is perfectly situated just off of Ashford in the heart of the Condado district. Everything you could need is within easy walking distance. The beach is a block down and across the street. We had 5 people staying in the unit and we were incredibly comfortable. We alternated between cooking at home and going out. The unit had everything we needed to cook dinner each night. The beds were comfortable and there was more than enough space for everyone and their belongings. Two out of the five of us worked while we were there. The internet was fast and supported both of us on constant video meetings. Jorge, the building owner, is fantastic and a wealth of knowledge. His father built the building and it's named after his grandmother. It truly is a family operation and it their pride shows. If we needed anything, Jorge was upstairs in 5 minutes. Carmen, who maintains the building, was ever-present. We had a clogged toilet and she had it fixed in a couple of minutes, and then proceeded to mop the floors and change out all of the towels. The one downside of the unit was the water pressure. We had seen the reviews before and knew it was going to occur. The pressure is low due to the city. There is nothing Jorge can do. I would not hesitate to book here...

Wow... what a fantastic vacation trip to the area of Condado in San Juan, Puerto Rico. This was all thanks to the quality and location of Georgina Rental Homes, which surely made it feel like home throughout our entire stay. The spacious apartment was clean, HGTV modern, the kitchen was loaded with all necessary equipment, washer/dryer was included, and the apartment even had a beautiful balcony. The facility was elegant and our stay included all of the important amenities we needed. The staff was extremely courteous, professional, and went above and beyond with anything they did. Even the other residents we spoke to seemed very happy with their stay and were extremely friendly, truly an unmatched atmosphere.

As someone who lived in San Juan, Puerto Rico for many years I can vouch that this location does not get any better. It is a street away from gorgeous beaches, popular restaurants/bars, near the new Puerto Rico Convention Center, and electric scooters are often readily available down the street from Georgina which can be commonly used for commuting to popular spots like Old San Juan.

I stayed last weekend in Studio 2 (ground floor). I regret that is just now that I discover this excellent option. It’s the best location. Few steps from the most famous hotel in PR…The Vanderbilt. There are many options walking to obtain anything you might need. It’s got parking for the guests. It has 7 other options including a 3 bedroom apartments where my other friends stayed. The common areas are beautiful decorated and offer goodies for feee for the guests. The AC works great and that’s important for San Juan. The WiFi 🛜 flies like a rocket. The beds are hotel quality firm and the fitted doesn’t come out at night when you move. The hot water works, the water pressure is perfect. The kitchen is complete with all you need.
