My first time in PR and I had to get a birthday gift for my friend, I was told San Juan had some exclusive stuff so I really wanted to go. The customer service wasn’t bad but I could tell the associate was getting frustrated taking two orders at once and rearranging charms. We were probably in the store about an hour and ten mins, mostly because the associate kept mixing our orders up. When I picked something out for myself and was doing a surprise gift she kept showing the person I was buying it for, I was annoyed. We kept going back and forth on the price because I was led to believe they were throwing a birthday charm in for “free” because that’s what I was told. I expected my total to be around $295. But when she rang me up it came to $400, we kept going back and forth about what she said was “free” and not telling me how HIGH there tax rate is. I wouldn’t mind the price if she hadn’t told me “I’ll throw this one in for free”. So of course I’m trying to surprise her with something else that she didn’t see, it was ruined. That tax rate by the way was maybe 11% which came to an extra $40 something odd dollars. I was already annoyed because I felt like I was led on and played, but in the end after an hour and ten minutes of back and forth I was just ready to go. $400 later…happy birthday to...

I don't usually write reviews. But Shelly (short hair lady) really did piss us off. NOT polite and NOT professional. We spent over $100 and wanted to get an extra charm on sale. So we asked her about it. She said there were none (pressuring us to pay and leave the store) when clearly there were charms on sale displayed. She raised her voice at us and asked us to talk to her manager which ended up being her friend and protecting her. We are tourist and just wanting to have a good time. She made our mood bad after her treatment. She should be trained more because she wasn't aware of the prices. Or just fired because doesn't know how to talk to loyal...

I was going to return the charm because I wasn’t too happy with the design but since I got it to remember the wonderful trip I had, I decided to keep it. with in a few days the charm started changing colors its supposed to have a white background. afterwards the charm started peeling. be careful when purchasing this exact charm please purchase the protection to it ❤️ also they don’t tell you but if they put the charm on your bracelet you cannot return or exchange it.
