My Virgin Voyage cruise was ending and they recommended using Bounce to find a place to store luggage. This was the first company that came up in the search for old San Juan and it was easy and convenient. The gentleman working at the store was polite, thorough, and friendly. My friend and I stored 5 pieces od luggage and the process was seamless and relatively safe. Nothing was damaged or missing from belongings and they were also not visible to patrons shopping in this store. This location was also 2 blocks away from the square to catch a cab/Uber. Woman checking in our luggage did not speak English. Also the luggage is not held in a locked area. I understand we were in a Spanish speaking country and it worked out for what we needed. But we could literally not ask any questions about the storage or transaction. Woman releasing our stuff back could speak English and both were very friendly. The luggage was held in back of store and kept "roped" off by racks of clothing. So it was fine as most people are honest.
