We came across this cute beautiful shop on our day out shopping for gifts to take back home. The owner who was from Hong Kong was one of the sweetest ladies. She definitely knows her Spanish. She’s been living in PR for 45 years . We bought several gifts. The prices were pretty competitive. She gave us a free bag plus free waters as it’s so hot and humid.

I love this souvenir shop! From the many different shops available to chose from I highly recommend this one. Not only is the shop super cute and welcoming but the prices are super affordable, with so much variety. The owner is super helpful and showed me the different t-shirt options available for purchase. I will definitely be back!!

Great options and even better pricing. We had visited several gift shops, and purchased, before coming to this last store. Out of all the places this had the most variety and the better pricing. It is owned by a lovely Asian couple that were very friendly and even helped me look for the color options in gifts that I wanted.

Julia and her husband were incredibly helpful today. We'd walked into at least two dozen souvenir shops in Old San Juan looking for the perfect gifts for our loved ones and encountered from mediocre to less than great customer service until we came across the Souvenir Outlet .I'd spotted the ceramic Spanish address tiles in a few stores but they were all missing various letters, numbers and end pieces. SO had 21 of the 22 tiles we needed. Julia's husband stepped up to save the day by quickly making a run to two separate stores Julia knew carried the same tiles. We were able to leave the shop with everything we we're looking for and received a very nice discount along with a complimentary bottle of water and gift bag. Thank you...

This shop is a true gem! They have an incredible collection of souvenirs that are not only beautifully curated but also offer excellent value for the price. The owners are super friendly, knowledgeable, and have amazing taste in selecting items that truly capture the culture and spirit of Puerto Rico.

We loved learning more about life and traditions in Puerto Rico through their stories and recommendations. It made the shopping experience feel so special and personal.

We specifically came to this place because I was randomly reading reviews and thought it was worth giving a try. At first I was a bit turned off by something the owner said to me but it was my fault so I let it go. Overall, they were very helpful. They have some funny items in there. Definitely a good place to check out. We’re all about customer service and this souvenir shop has the best customer service around. You may not see it at first but they are really good people.
