I do not fully recommend, they just wasted my time and are not professional at all. I went to get better sound for my car and tint the windows. The whole job turned out to be very poor quality and the way they work is very dirty. They leave cut cables and garbage scattered around from what they used to install the speakers. The window tinting was a very bad job. The owner of the place told me the window tint was bad because the car wasn't new. He meant "new" and meant recently manufactured, not used. That's why it was so bad, because it was pollution. If I wanted a really good job, it had to be done indoors and cost more than $4,000, but it's never perfect either. He wanted to humiliate me and see that I had paid $500, which I was asking for quality for that amount. I think it was a lack of ethics and professionalism. His attitude was too humiliating . And when I arrived to tell him that I didn't like the service and he went to check it out, he said I wasted half an hour here seeing how they left everything, and that his hourly rate was $500, that I was wasting his time, and that if they did a bad job, he saw it himself, and they ruined some parts of the vehicle's body, and they're not responsible, it's not fair. Besides, he's talking about his time, and he thinks they're not worth mine. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT, BETTER LOOK FOR...

Today was my second attempt to do business with this company . The first time I waited at the front desk for like 20 mins before someone would help me then they were extremely rude as if they did not want to service me so I just said nevermind and left.

Today I went to get some parts for my vehicles amplifier, And lucky there was someone at the front desk. When I went to ask for what I needed, the gentlemen kept giving me the run around and tryna give me something that I did not need. I’ve been doing car audio for 15+ years and had 95% of the job complete, just needed a second set of cables. The gentleman was trying to look at the vehicle when I already knew what I wanted . Of course that was a fail and I just gave up left.

This locations extremely terrible customer service in my opinion, and the staff definitely needs more training on how to properly and effectively deal...

I needed to install my dash cam, and thanks to a recommendation from a friend, I went to Omar's Car Stereo. In my search for the right place, I found that while another store estimated 2 to 3 hours for the installation of both the front and rear cam, Omar's completed the task in just one hour. They were also quite accommodating about using the dash cam I already owned, facing no issue with its installation. Initially, I was concerned about not knowing how to operate the system upon departure. However, to my relief, everything was wired correctly and it was completely ready for use.
