Eric is awesome, I had a control board for an Asko dishwasher that had a microswitch that had broken. A new board would run me $300+. Eric was able to solder and fix the switch as well as repair another switch that was going bad. Took all of maybe 10 min and $35 later it was fixed. I had my 2yr old with me so it was amazing that he could knock it out so fast. Appreciate...

Stopped in with my laptop on a Saturday afternoon & Kevin provided excellent service. He persevered in between customers to diagnosis & fix my problem. Even though I have a contract with Geek Squad, I went to Coast where I got same-day service. Now same-day service is improbable at Best Buy Geek Squad and not always doable at Coast, but in this case it happened and...
