My phone slid off the back of my truck at 55mph onto highway one. The phone was in working order however the screen was entirely shattered. I phoned and spoke to Jackson Jeffers who was very kind, understanding, and caring. I shared what had happened and was in need of a quick repair. I took it in on a Friday at 4:30p.m., he checked it out and said that he would immediately have the display ordered and I should have it back early next week. Being the phone was two-years old, I asked him to also order and install a new battery. I kept in touch with both Jackson Jeffers and Ryan Cramer throughout the repair, they apologized for the delay of the part arriving late and assured me that the phone would be properly repaired. The parts were received the following Thursday and I received a call at noon stating the phone was ready to be picked up.
Their professionalism was above and beyond what I typically encounter. This was with not only me, but I also saw their actions with other customers. What a refreshing experience to do business with a company like this.

He got me set up by helping me be able to use my finger print and also suggested I take a picture of the computer-generated password that I had not written down. He also answered a question about deleting emails that I could no longer do just with one step. It was so much easier than going downtown to the Apple store where I would have needed an appointment and parking would have been much more of an issue. I use many programs simultaneously while teaching and buying a better machine seemed the right thing to do. Switching platforms was a big challenge and again Obie was there for me!
