We came in on a Sunday afternoon looking to buy a suit for a wedding that was a week away. My fiancé has never owned a suit nor has he ever worn one because he's simply never had to. So when we came in, we had no idea what we were looking for & we had tons of questions. We were greeted by an employee named Caden. Forgive me if I spelled his name wrong. He was so helpful & knowledgeable. He let us know that because we needed the suit within 4 days (because we're leaving town) our options were limited if we needed altering but that we can expedite orders. Given the options, we just selected what we could in store. We explained to Caden how we wanted a suit that would look good on my fiancés skin tone, that will bring out his colored eyes & a bit looser because my fiancé plans to gain weight soon. After trying on a few jackets, we went with a royal blue color & Caden suggested a pink undershirt. I thought the he was crazy but we told him we trust him. He brought a few choices but of course, we went with the pink! Lol. My fiancé was in the dressing room while Caden picked out ties/bow ties and pocket squares. I appreciated that he offered me to come with him, however, I declined & he brought the choices over instead! He brought over everything he could so that my fiancé could get the perfect idea of what he'll look like at this wedding (belt/shoes/different size shirt). We purchased everything we came in for & Caden truly made our experience a great one. We felt so comfortable & we didn't feel any embarrassment at all for not knowing anything about suits! We left happy & satisfied!! Thank you!!! This purchase for- pants, button up, vest, jacket, 2 belts, 3 pairs of socks, a tie & a pocket square plus tax- was a little under $600. We aren't too sure if that's on the cheaper side but I have no...
Read moreI ordered a " custom " suit from this store. At first the staff was very helpful, took their time w the order and were otherwise pleasant to deal with. I live i Norcal, literally hundreds of miles from a Mens warehouse store. I explained this very carefully w staff at the time, and it was agreed they would ship the suit to me, and no problems were anticipated. They said updates would be emailed to me, which never happened. A couple months later, there was a message on my phone to " come in for a fitting ". I called and again explained the situation and i was told the store still needed to do some alterations. I had been measured at the time of purchase. I was assured the suit was on it's way. Two weeks passed, no suit. I called again. Yes, the suit was in, and when would i be in for the fitting? Each call i spoke w someone different. Each time all this was news to whoever i spoke with. After the last call i was told the work would get done and they would rush me the suit. It did arrive 5 days or so later. Generally i liked the suit. However the sleeves were way to short, comically so, and the coat seemed to be higher cut in the front than in the back, also to odd effect. I called again to discuss. Again, some new person, who suggested i come in for a fitting...this after i explained my situation for the umpteenth time. I was told, " we don't have any record of the alteration ". At that point i had heard enough and i'm returning the suit. What started out as a good experience became an entirely frustrating one. The staff seems disorganized and uninformed. At one point i was told a lot of employees had left the store, and perhaps that was a reason for the generally poor service. Whatever. I...
Read moreThe number of oversights was just unacceptable. I spent almost $700 on a suit in preparation for my father's funeral, and over the course of 2 weeks, it had to be sent back multiple times to the tailor to be realtered. The first time, the pants length was fine, but they forgot the cuffs and suspender buttons I paid for. The second time, they added the cuffs, but the pants were now longer than last time, which made for an awkward fitting. The third time, the cuff was much better, but they still didn't include the suspender buttons. When we mentioned the missing buttons, the employee insisted that we didn't pay for the buttons even though my boyfriend told him to check the original order rather than just check the most recent alteration order. I was even told to just add the buttons myself since it's easy to do. I'm sure it is, but I was under the impression that the alterations I paid for would be done altogether, not 3 different times. I was willing to accept that the buttons were just never included in the receipt by accident, but when I went home and saw the original receipt 100% had the suspender alteration on it, I was upset that I had essentially been lied to in person. Also, every time I sent that suit back for altering, they only managed to contact us once after the first alteration was finished. Every time after that, we had to keep waiting days after the supposed tailor would come in with no word before we just checked in ourselves. Funeral planning has already been a difficult time in my life, but this experience just made...
