IKEA — Local services in San Marcos

I just drove from San Antonio to make an in store order either to be picked up later or delivery, and I wasn't even allowed in the store because I was i had my parrot with me, not a giant bird, or dog, or cat, a small sun conure contained in her backpack carrier. I had zero intention of browsing, just came to make an IN STORE order, like the website said I could. Blondie wouldn't hear of it and choose to loose a $1.5k sale...

This is a like a summary version of s bigger IKEA store, it does have a good selection of things from the bigger store so it's a good place for a quicker experience, it seems also geared towards smaller living spaces which I found smart considering the nearby campus. Still I really like their living spaces setups of what you can do with furniture which is always fun and gives good living space distribution ideas. They seem to be in the process of refining their offerings as I could not find coffee 😅 . Their public restrooms...

Not a good concept at all. Very confusing and email that comes with the the order is not clear on how to pick up. Will avoid this location in the future. Also a bunch of employees standing around not doing anything to help or explain the pick up process. Instead get attitude and talking down.
