I visited this store once before and had a great experience with a helpful and friendly saleswoman who assisted me in selecting some products. However, on a recent visit months later, I was helped by a different associate named Salah. Unfortunately, my experience this time was quite disappointing. She didn’t greet me, wasn’t warm or welcoming, and seemed annoyed when I asked a few questions about clearance items.

This left a negative impression and made me question the consistency of the customer service here. While I still made a purchase out of appreciation for the store itself, I believe good customer service is about providing both quality and value—and unfortunately, that was not reflected in my interaction with Salah. No one here is commenting on the products. My biggest issue is there is hardly anything for dudes. Everything is over feminine and as soon as I put in my earrings they kept bending apart. They claimed all their earrings on the wall were sterling silver, including hooks, but I have sterling silver and silver plated earrings that are too big that do not bother my ears. These made my ear itch and burn. Customer service was just fine. They've got to be wire. The accessories were beautiful, but not what I was hoping for. Extremely disappointing. They asked you to sign a long waiver with one small clause hidden inside. If the stud gets stuck inside your lope, they are NOT allowed to help you remove or adjust it. To avoid all liability, they ask you to seek professional surgical help. Instead of helping you find a solution, the San Mateo store manager kept blaming the Los Angeles shop that did my piercing.
