I was a loyal Lucky Brand Jeans wearer for the past 10 years but I wonât be anymore.
This store is selling low quality or bootleg Lucky Brand Jeans to their customers and I was one of the unfortunate ones to buy a pair.
It took me too long to notice the poor quality and I wasnât able to return them. I contacted Lucky Brand Jeans customer service and was told to go in-store to speak with a manager. After going in-store, I was told nothing could be done because I had worn and washed the jeans. I told the associate it had been about a year since I bought the jeans (as an example) and it was taken very literally. I bought them in September 2022.
