This Review goes to Julia of this Lululemon located by Hillsdale mall;

After an item from my in store pick up from another Lululemon location was cancelled, I went and call this location to try and see if they really do have it in stock (made a mistake prior; trusting the website’s inventory for the other store, so I ended up having my order cancelled).

My call was answered by Julia, really helpful and was able to locate and confirm that they do have the item i want. Placed an order for pickup and I was able to pick it up via contactless curbside pickup the next day.

Sure enough the person who went out and got my order to me was none other than Julia. She remembered me calling the day before! Really great attitude and was all smile (i could tell even w/ the mask on lol).

It’s really nice to see people who are extremely eager to help during these challenging times. Thanks again Julia! Hope your manager sees this and gives you a thumbs up for all...

Bought a pair of pants and requested hemming. Received an email 2 weeks later that more information was needed, when I called multiple times no answer. The next day I get an email that my pants are ready in store, and when I go to pickup the pants were not hemmed and no solution / compensation from the team for my wasted time (3rd trip to the store and am from out of town). I really wanted the Align Luluemon Leggings in Guava Pink in my size and they were sold out everywhere but this store was particularly helpful. They had one pair left in my size so I called them and asked them if they could ship them to my address and they were more than delighted to do so.
