Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. I ordered the chicken nachos and a bean and cheese burrito, and both fell completely flat.

The chips in the nachos tasted stale and had no depth of flavor. The meat was overly salty, and while the portion size was generous, the taste was so off-putting I couldn't eat it. As for the bean and cheese burrito—how do you mess up something so simple? The cheese wasn’t even melted, which made it feel thrown together and unappetizing.

I asked for some salsa to try and salvage the meal, and despite spending over $40 for just two items, we were only given one small serving of salsa.

The horchata had a noticeable sink water aftertaste, which made it hard to drink. The service was just okay—nothing outright rude, but definitely not welcoming or attentive either.

The past few times I’ve ordered I’ve drove away to eat in my car to have the disappointment of my order being made wrong where I can’t even eat it. The last time I called to let them know and the employee who made it makes a point to say she didn’t make it wrong insinuating that I’m lying and wrong. My mind is blown that she would argue about this. At this point I’m already down the freeway and cannot come get a new one but I would think they would offer a comp or apology as it’s not the fist time it’s happened. Really a bad burrito experience. I ordered a California burrito with pollo asada and was disappointed to find that it only contained rice and French fries. On the plus side it was massive, like a toddler’s leg. But badly made. I ate through about half of it and discovered that the second half did contain some meat and some cheese. Maybe a tablespoon of guacamole and basically nothing else. No salsa or sour cream that I could find. So when I had the leftovers I had some ingredients to work with when I made a new burrito from the filling. I added the things that were missing and it was ok.
