Jeans to-A-T — Local services in San Rafael

I have been going to Jeans 2 A T for years and have known Tom for quite sometime just through purchasing jeans there. Found this awesome store after I couldn't find jeans that I liked and Levi's changes the style way too often. Tom is wonderful. I just called him and haven't been there for a year and he knew me right away. My name, size I wear and the car I drive. If that isn't customer service, I don't know what is. He'll be holding a pair so I can try them on tomorrow. I can't say enough about his customer and always a smile on his face. As long as he's in business, I'll be going there....
