I'm grateful to find M.S.A has created a reasonably priced studio/gallery space with a friendly community of artists to share perspectives with on occaision. Shows range from local invitational to national to members special events which have included live music, poetry readings, and award ceremonies, often artists have their studios open for casual visits as well. MSA participates in San Rafael's, monthly Friday night Artwalk.

A hidden gem. MSA Gallery has monthly member shows and participates in San Rafael's 2nd Friday Artwalk. There is a lot of talent in this space, and we help each other. Now is a great time to join as an artist or supporting member, as the Marin Society of Artists Centennial is coming up in 2027. This is the arts group that started it all, but is determined not to live in the past, as MSA holds online shows open to artists in the Bay Area and beyond.
