The reason why I am writing a 1 star review is because at the time of visiting the person working there was very unwelcoming and unattentive, they were apperantly too busy with whatever they were doing on their phone to even acknowledge customers that come in. It was myself with my dog and a few others in the store, customer service was non-existent. From the time we entered the store and left, the person behind the counter not once acknowledged myself or anyone else in the store. This store is, hands down, the best around. Not only do they have all high quality products, they have the most caring and kind animal lover owner/staff. Every time I walk in I'm greeted as if I'm an old friend...And, every question I've ever had has been answered thoughtfully and with explanation. Very knowledgeable folks.
