George and his staff of knowledgeable professional sales staff can help anyone from the beginner to the advance musician find that perfect instrument or any other type of musical assessory. Additionally, if your children or your self are in need or wanting to take music lessons, Then the musical teachers at Musician's Alley are your answer. I took guitar and piano lessons from Fred for years. He is a wonderfully gifted professional guitar player. I also took drum lessons from Jeff. He is like wise a wonderfully gifted professional drummer. Because of these two teachers, I am still playing music, and I am likewise teaching my children music because of Fred and Jeff teaching me. I highly recommend Musician's Alley to anyone whether starting out or an advanced musician do business at this music store. George and his sales and teaching staff are the best. Very disappointed in the store. My son found a guitar it was an exchange because the other one was not working right and they won't refund anything...so he had to get a case to fit the guitar and that has been since May because of no refunds. I am really disappointed because he never received a call saying hey your case won't be in until maybe October. Thing is we had to call the store to find out what is going on...never once received an update call. He could have gone to Guitar Center and had a case months ago. He should at least get some kind of compensation for the failure of the store to even reach out to him. Yeah we probably won't be back to purchase again. Very disappointed on how we have been treated. Not the way to get business in the store!!! Word of mouth goes...

Musicians alley has been my go-to place for all musical equipment used and new for over 20 years. They have a fantastic selection of guitars, ukuleles, bass guitars, drums, amplifiers and other musical equipment as well as they offer musical lessons to aspiring musicians. Before you go and drive to Cleveland or Toledo make sure you give musicians Ally and Sandusky Ohio a look first. I would actually give them six stars but there's only five period of shoes from.
