LISTEN!! If you are African-American do not shop here! I went to this shop located in Sandy Springs on Roswell Rd.; This was my 3rd time shopping here but, I never before had experience like this. From the moment that I walked in to the store I was followed and watched; I was looking for an outfit for my Mom for her Birthday. Once I entered i was not greeted with a wholesome welcome but, rather greeted with stares and watchful eyes. While selecting the items that I wanted there was a White Older Female that I clearly heard instruct an African-American Sales women to ask me if I needed to try on any of the items that I had selected?; Which I know was a very rude statement because my Mom is a Size small while I wear a Large or XL in most items; As I was shopping for a Size Small. I informed the sales person that I didn't need help and if I did I would be sure to notify her. Once I selected what I wanted to purchase; while going to the checkout counter, I noticed the same Older White Female standing behind a glass case watching very intensly every move that I made; from me gathering my items, me taking one last look before purchasing, me going through my handbag to get my wallet and me selecting the cash bills to make payment. After making my purchase this same Older White Female noticed the bundle of money I had and then she decided to walk me to the door and say Thank You Come Again; I looked at her and did not utter a word. This experience was disgusting and I will NEVER shop here again! PLEASE SPARE YOURSELF AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO SHOP. But, on the upside my Mom did Love her Birthday-Fit ✝️GOD Saves #YAH sees all and knows...

If you are queer, “look” low income, young, not put together in a way that would deem you upper class or their “typical” clientele, STEER CLEAR! I came here as it came up in a Google search for discounted clothes. My partner and I walked around and I only picked up one item, a skirt. I went to go try on this skirt while my partner continued shopping, only to realize they have SHEER curtains on ALL of their dressing rooms. Fully see through, no privacy at all. When I went to go ask for the bathroom to change instead, I was met with pushback and made to feel like I was in the wrong for making this request. I was originally told I could not change in the bathroom, so I told them I would be grabbing my partner (who is male) to stand in front of the room I would be changing in. A worker stopped him at the entry and said he was not allowed, and then said she would “not be allowing us to SMUGGLE a single item on her watch.” Used smuggle, verbatim. Accused us of potentially stealing. She then finally walked me to the bathroom, tried to fake being empathetic (probably to save face) and chalked it up to a “generational” thing as “older clientele usually don’t mind the see through curtains.” But that also, younger clientele are more likely to steal.

I say steer clear for queer folks as well, as clearly if my partner had wanted to try on their “woman’s” clothing, that would have been met with pushback. I’m shocked that this situation happened and am amazed at how the workers can so passively allow this behavior amongst each...

I used to spend around 500/1000 monthly there ( not a lot but I was an avid customer every week ) Last time I went the lady with curly hair was extremely rude the worse attitude I ever seeing Harassed me... I simple asked to exchanged a set of clothe that I bough a week prior has TAGS and the receipt . And she looked at me like she was doing something out of this world ( made me feel extremely uncomfortable) And didn’t exchange . She simple walked away and started to gossip with another person .
