Next Adventure Sandy Outdoor Store — Local services in Sandy

This store has really blown me away. I had a break from my hobby when they got established in sandy. But now that I'm getting back into it with very dated gear they were on my list to check out. Closer to home and plenty of options to choose from and price is just as good if not better then other places.

But what blew me away was the level of detail in their help! More information (and updated) then what i had when I left the sport. And a great breakdown of what is out there now! The boot fitter Adam really killed it on my boot fitment and knowledge! The other female employee i didnt gets name, but we got the same boots! And she was entertaining and informative while i was getting the fitment. Then when I went down stairs Alex and gang (Including the lovely lady with awesome hair) were comical. Aswell as really helped me get my first day out on my board's new setup. Which was quite the task cause it spent 10+ years in a humid environment and really just needed replaced. But they worked with what we had and really went above and beyond repairing my board and it felt just like the day I left her (but with better boots and bindings so no pain!)

Best experience. After my family member grabbed the wrong pair of ski rentals accidentally swapping them after a long night on Mt. Hood, the team was super helpful in finding the owner of the skis that we accidentally swiped and getting our next Adventure ski rentals back.

Truly the whole team contributed… Derek repaired my snowboard and threw in a premium wax for free in support of my effort to get the skis back (which were deep in Hood River). Now I have what feels like a BRAND NEW BOARD ANDDD he discounted the repair too. Thank you SO much!

Nick on the retail floor really knows his stuff on boards and was very patient with my questions and gave awesome advice, even suggesting good boards on sale if budget was a high priority.

Adam and Andrea helped close everything out and gave me a full refund for the “lost ski” fee once I returned the originals.

The general friendliness, guy next door vibes, and chill atmosphere even during the busiest day of the season (this past Saturday) gives me confidence that there are still good people in this world.

Absolutely fantastic store. Customer service was next level. First time buying new boots for snowboarding and someone recommended the spot. Right away everyone was friendly and welcoming. No too cool vibes.

ADAM helped me and was outstanding. He took his time and made sure to measure my feet accurately for not just the right size but also shape of my feet. No good enough attitude here. He found some options that would work for ME and explained why some others I was eyeing wouldn't fit me right. Even though those others were more expensive. Left with a pair I was stoked on that are perfect for my feet. He even had me bring my board in and dialed my bindings to fit my new boots.

First visit and they made a customer for life. I'll recommend them to everyone. ADAM is a rockstar. I've dealt with surf shops my whole life, some good and others really disappointing. Only one of those stands out to me as the best. Well when it comes ski shops this place is that #1...
