Ordered the chicken pad Thai, chicken pad see ew, and the salad rolls. Both noodle dishes were really good. They don’t ask if you want it spicy or not so if you do like it spicy ask for chili oil on the side! The portions were solid as well. The salad rolls were good but I wasn’t a huge fan of their peanut sauce which is typically one of my favorite sauces. Overall I highly recommend.

only came here twice and ordered the same thing because every Thai places in Portland/Gresham don’t have the Pad Tom Yum, I’ll tell you right now that it’s very flavorful, delicious and life changing lol. It’s really good though y’all should give it a try, also if you’re looking at the pic I already took a good 8-10 bites, they make sure you eat good especially with the portions!

Pad Kee Mao Tofu. Pretty disappointed. Undercooked veggies and half the plate was spring onion. Very little noodle and tofu. Everything you see in the photo is veggies and a few tofu pieces after about five bites. Pretty pricey too for the size. Khao San is my go to for reference. Veggies have no flavor either or id be more inclined to eat em. Womp womp….

Excellent Thai food! I would put this "Food Truck" up against any brick and mortar restaurant I have eaten at, including those in Thailand. There are several dishes that we use for baseline comparison. Green curry, Pad Thai, and spring rolls.

The green curry was delicious, spicy and creamy with the perfect amount of protein. It was as good the second day as it was the first. I believe it was one of the best Green Curry dishes I have had, including those at "high end designer Thai" restaurants.

The spring rolls were hot, flavorful, excellent.

The Pad Thai was not too sweet, the common mistake with many Thai restaurants that try to accommodate US tastes. It was perfect and did not overwhelm with fish sauce. The veggies were crisp and fresh, not cooked to mush.

The staff at the truck were pleasant and friendly. Overall and excellent experience. The sad thing is that locals were not aware of the gem this place is. We asked several guides about Thai restaurants and none mentioned this place....

I was charged $2 more than than the sign on the truck listed as the price of my food. After paying, I went back to check my memory and pointed it out to the cashier who commented the price wasn't updated on the truck yet and did I want to order something different, cheaper. I should have asked for a refund. But, the coconut noodles soup looked good. The menu shows bean sprouts, basil and cilantro in addition to the green onion and maybe minced peanuts in my soup. So, it was a large bowl of noodles in a coconut and green onion broth. Not great. Too bad as this food cart pod has a lot of great...

We loved the pad Eggplant with chicken and mango sticky rice (rice was more of a patty than we are used to but good) and the food cart complex it's in! We are gluten free and finding good gf options is so hard. Main feedback is maybe label if something is gf or dairy free or if whole menu is...we default to Thai because it's more likely to be gf...just not maybe the sauces n yakisoba noodles which sometimes thai places have...but the pad thai, pad see ew n pad kee mow are made with rice noodles...looks like alltheur curries are made with coconut milk...it seemed very authentic...
