Trefethen Chardonnay - $55
Trefethen Family Vineyards is world-renown for their Chardonnay dating back to the Wine Olympics in 1986 when their Chardonnay was named “Best in the World!” This wine showcases the Trefethen signature characteristics of brightness and balance.
Textbook Cabernet Sauvignon - $65
Textbook is an American red wine brand known for its Cabernet Sauvignon. This wine has notes of dried raspberry and cherry, with a hint of allspice.
Flores By Caroline Mata
Crafted from estate-grown grapes in the Extremadura region on the western edge of the Iberian Peninsula, this wine is shaped by its unique terroir. Unlike most Spanish sparkling wines sourced from the warmer Mediterranean climate of Penedès, Flores by Carolina Mata is influenced by the cooler Atlantic breezes and clay-rich soils, resulting in a wine that is vibrant, fresh, and full of character. Flores by Carolina Mata is made for moments of celebration. Elegant, expressive, and crafted with care, it honors the beauty of nature, the bonds of family, and the joy of sharing something truly meaningful.
Guigal Cotes Du Rhone Blanc
This medium- to full-bodied white Cotes-du-Rhone marries forthright orange-blossom and apricot aromas to ample substance and a freshness that keeps this bright at the generous finish.
Cave De Saumur Les Pouches
A delicate expression of Loire Valley Chenin Blanc and all the more attractive for it. The fragrance is the elusive aroma of powder and potpourri. The flavors of lemon custard and candied violets.

Food, drinks and dessert were not only unique, but also flavorful and delicious. Presentation is on point! As a Mom, my favorite part is 21+ over!! It's challenging to find a good bar with decent food. This is NOT your typical bar food. We spent about $100 for 4 alcoholic beverages (yummy and strong), 2 entrees, a salad entree that was absolutely amazing, and 2 desserts. I really loved the grilled cheese sandwich and came home with the other half...everything was very filling. The dessert was by far the best I have ever experienced. Their donuts are so crazy good. Another time I went in with friends and we sat at the bar. We had a really great time chatting with everyone and watching the owners do their thing. They mix drinks with such fun! One of their drinks comes with a cherry and it had to be the best cherry I have ever had in my life. I typically don't care for the Maraschino cherries but what they used was a different product that had me weak in the knees. Drinks are very strong, and I very much appreciate that. The ambience is very unique for Sandy. It is Underground which is super cool. It is dark and romantic. I did not feel like I was in Sandy. Way to go Underground Staff!!! We will be returning. Sandy Peeps, let's keep this place prosperous. Owners - get your business on Yelp and I will post there also.

Sandy Underground absolutely blew us away. From the moment we walked down into this cozy basement bar, we felt like we’d stumbled upon one of Oregon’s best-kept secrets. The vibe is warm, relaxed, and eclectic—perfect for a laid-back evening or date night. The cocktails were top-notch—creative, balanced, and clearly made with care. I had a smoky mezcal drink that was probably the best I’ve ever had. The food? Insanely good. We shared the fried chicken sandwich and mac & cheese, and both were out of this world—crispy, cheesy, comforting, and delicious. You can tell everything is made from scratch and with love. Service was friendly and genuine, and even though it was busy, we never felt rushed. The staff made great recommendations and checked on us just enough. This place is a true gem tucked in the heart of Sandy. Whether you’re coming down from Mt. Hood or just looking for a local spot to unwind, do yourself a favor and check it out. We’ll absolutely be back!

100/10. We’ve visited Sandy Underground twice now and can’t wait to go back again. This place rocks a killer food menu and cocktail program that will leave you wanting for more! The mixologists and chefs are truly talented and super kind. It has a speak easy vibe about it, but everyone inside is so welcoming and friendly. Favorites from our visits include their fried chicken sandwich, the chicken fried steak, and their beet and burrata salad. And of course for dessert, the crustless-cheesecake! Everything is perfectly cooked and balanced, and the bartenders are ready to dazzle you with drinks on and off the menu (see the incredible Pimm’s cup Chris created in the photos!). They also pride themselves on the gluten-free aspect of their menu. And did I mention how generous their portions are?! It’s seriously the best food, mixed drinks, and vibe we’ve experienced to date in Sandy. Thank you so much Aaron, Chris, and Yvonne! We can’t wait to come back.

What an awesome addition to the area. It’s been so long since I had a spicy cocktail with some actual HEAT. Good strong pour, friendly bartender. Figured the bar would be the star of the show, but the food goes crazy, too. We had the Chicken Sandwich with Fries, and the Beet Salad - both were excellent. There is heat on the chicken sandwich but it’s actually really well balanced - although I do have a tolerance. I know there is more I want to try, but it will be hard to resist getting it again next time. My wife had the Beet Salad, which isn’t usually in my wheel house - but when I saw it I had to try. Even being the type of guy who would avoid that kind of dish, there are tons of fun flavors there, and the presentation was a real stunner. My one regret isn’t getting photos for y’all to check it out, but I know I’m gonna be back again, and again, and again, and again. Good luck finding a better old fashioned in the area. Couple of interesting scotches to try, too. 4 thumbs up! Don’t park in the Taco Time lot, those spaces are marked for towing. There’s plenty of street parking on either side, and even a larger lot available for community parking nearby. They’re...
