Worst pharmacy ever. Dr called in Rx on Tuesday. I checked online Wed. morning to see if it was filled didn’t show. So called Wed. evening to see if it was filled. Was told they had no record of an Rx there. I asked if they could please check again as my Dr. said She called it in. Once I pressed they said oh it was a voicemail that no one had checked from the day before. Ok. The staff then said they would fill last night and I could pick up today Thursday. Used drive up window today to pick up new Rx and was told they didn’t have the drug in stock. I then asked if they could see if one of their other stores did. Was told they can’t do that. I’d have to call around. Ok. Well I called store in Gresham and they were awesome. They didn’t have but looked and found pills at 182 Nd and Powell pharmacy. Called them they can’t fill without Sandy location filling 1 st time. Sooo I now have to call my Dr. have her cancel original Rx and call the store that has meds with new prescription. No way to do business. Right? I’ve been sick for a week and need these otherwise I would have given up. Seems as though Sandy Walgrens needs some customer service help. Oh and after I left drive up there I got an automated call saying my drug was not available. Too little too late. 🙄. Right after I posted this I get a call that says Jo we have your Rx here in Sandy, drugs came in and we just had a chance to see what we got in. Good grief. So now on phone to tell Dr not to cancel. The saga continues. I’m driving back to pick the Rx now. I’m...
Read moreReview for pharmacy only. I called at 6:10pm to ensure Walgreens Sandy had received a new prescription order since I didn't see it on the Walgreens website. I sat on hold waiting for the pharmacy to pickup for 33 minutes. Then someone picked up and hung up the phone. I called back at 6:44pm, went through the same thing and after sitting on hold for about 14 minutes the pharmacist, I recognized the female Asian accent, picked up and nicely asked how she could help me. I told her I wanted to verify they had received an order and she said, "Okay, let me just put you on hold real quick." There I sat for another 4 minutes, just long enough for the pharmacy to close, then they picked up the phone and hung up. I tried calling back but of course they were closed.
Last year, I asked this same pharmacist about a drug interaction. She kindly suggested I read the pamphlet and Google it. Um, okay. With advice like that I wouldn't trust anything she said anyway.
I understand they're very busy, likely shorthanded and probably not adequately compensated, but people still deserve to be treated...
Read moreThis is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. I recently moved my RX from another pharmacy hoping it would be better, but I am moving everything right back to where it was. The staff has made careless mistakes, given false information, YELLED at me and other customers...and today the whole store is closed and my time sensitive RX is just sitting there unretreivable. Theresa is in need of an extreme attitude adjustment, and is 50% of the problem. I thought the first time she might be having a bad day, but this is a regular thing for her. The young, blonde guy that worked there until last month was my first red flag and I should have just nipped it in the bud. Do yourself a favor and go to a different...
