On 12//6/23 I made the mistake of going to the sanford fl store to make some Amazon returns. I normally go to the orange city store. I go to the Amazon return counter, thereās some kid there looking for down at his phone, canāt be bothered to acknowledge me. I have to say hi to him and pass him my phone to start my returns. I had 8 items to return. The first return I had him scan I wasnāt sure what it was so I asked him to verify it off of his handheld. He said no nasty, I didnāt say anything because I had other errrands to run, I tell him to take it off because j canāt find the item since you donāt want to verify it. He huffs, rolls his eyes, says heāll take it off. Then I proceed to give him the rest of my returns. He tears my return confirmation in two. My return confirmation is blurry so I canāt read the tracking id. I ask him to reprint it and he said says no. I ask him his name and he says Michael. I go down stairs and I have to wait about 15 minutes to speak to a manager. I notice on my Amazon return confirmation he scanned something twice. The manager attempts to fix it, or so I thought. She runs up stairs to verify the items I return and got the printer to bring back down stairs. She scans the one item I had left that I needed to return. She gives me some lame $10 kohls cash that Iāll be throwing in the trash. I tell her that Iāll be calling later if thereās a problem. And what do you know, thereās a problem. I call Amazon to verify the return confirmation and what do you know. That kid never took of the one I asked him to and the item he scanned twice, I got a refund for twice. Iām not getting a refund for an item I gave back, that he didnāt scan which he scanned another lower priced item for twice. I spend an hour or so chatting and talking to Amazon on the phone. Theyāre giving me grief and saying they donāt believe me and arenāt going to refund me for the dress I gave back to kohls; which your idiot associate couldnāt be bothered to scanned. I call back to sanford store and the manager is just rude and telling me sheās competent and did everything right and verified everything. Well obviously you didnāt if Amazon is telling me one thing. With all of the extra time I had to spend iN Kohls because your lazy, incompetent associate Michael who likes to lie to customers and not do his job, didnāt scan an item and scanned a second item, the manger said she verified it. I took her word for it, but I shouldnāt have. I owe the babysitter extra money for the extra time your associates kept me in the store because they canāt do their jobs. Iām out a dress and a refund. So I need to know who is going to pay me back for the hour I spent wasted on contacting amazon with no luck, whoās going to pay me back to pay the babysitter for staying late, and I need to know whoās going to pay be back for the time you stole from my family and I. Even if you donāt do the right and refund my money, Iāll be calling my credit card company and making a fraud charge saying you stole from me and explaining the whole situation. You can believe after this Iāll never be stepping for into a kohls again. I hope you guys go out...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy first time entering this Kohlās location. I am usually a fan of buy online pick up in store because itās minimal interaction and straight forward. Well I got into the building, couldnāt even find any employee to ask to guide me where the pick up station is for them, besides the one older lady at the register who was busy doing her job checking people out. I saw the one sign that said customer service with the arrows for upstairs, I go upstairs and Iām not even greeted by the lady at the register for customer service. I had to say hi first and it seemed like a bother, when in reality Iām the one bothered, I am picking up an order before work and I have to search around to find the area to pick up my self pick up order. The lady tells me I have to go to the email and press a button to see the number section my order would be in. Button that doesnāt even load in the email and when I press it. Itās no wonder I couldnāt find it myself. I am searching around and finally I find my number and it says see customer service to find that specific number. So I asked her again where it is, this time actually showing signs of frustration because I wanna be done with this experience as much as she does. And finally she shows me where my order is by POINTING. Such a hassle for something easy and simple. At my job we deal with way needier people, who are much more demanding. Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis store is the most awful experience i have had with any of their locations. When you walk around the store none of the employees even look at you or say hello. I also think there may be a customer service training issue or just plain racist behaviors. I was in line and my purchase was made with my Kohl's cc but was not give an extra discount , when just over in the next line the white lady was offered an extra discount for using her store cc. They still gave me all kinds of hell and i had to walk all the way upstairs to speak with the manager in order to receive the extra discount. Perception is everything... Again i was in the store yesterday and saw All Yankee candles was 25% off so i got two. They were not ringing up on sale at all so after waiting about 10 minutes , a guy went to go check the signage. I walked over with him and yes , sign on the table top display says 25% off on ALL. I walked back to the register and waited another 10 minutes.. i have No idea what the guy was doing. He comes back and i s telling me all kinds if stuff like the sale doesn't start yet , its for special items...i just stopped listening. I said all i know is the sign says 25% off on All. I wasn't trying to buy them out of all their candles at this discounted price and there was a sign.. What was sooo hard about this decision?? These people Suck and they don't care about...
