After 12+ years from our first Sofa U Love purchase, we were in need of new set up for our home. From the moment we walked into the show room, Sofia was so kind and helpful (we brought our 2.5 year old with us and she made it super easy to have him there while we were deciding)! After a discussion about what we wanted and the space we have, she was quick to offer multiple ideas and options that were all spot on. It was a hard decision (as she provided wonderful choices) and after multiple trips to the showroom, we finally made a decision. Shipping and delivery was easy and Sofia was in communication with us every step of the way. The delivery guys were super helpful and funny also! Sofia is very engaging and she goes above and beyond to make sure her customers are heard and satisfied before, during and after the purchase. I found the shop online first, as I never really noticed it before even though it's on State St. I don't think they ever advertise. Which is too bad, because this place is really great although none of my friends knew about it either. Anyway, my husband and I recently bought a sofa here and had a great experience. There are two women that work there and both are helpful and professional. We made our purchase with Michele. She knows a ton about furniture, sofas, color, she was super nice, and really helped us all the way through out (long!) process. We love what we decided to get, and I recommend this place to everyone...

I can’t tell you how happy I am that I went with Sofa U Love instead of those chain brands… Sofia is amazing, she took the time to guide us from the choice of fabric, to making sure the filling was hypoallergenic for our allergies to feathers, and so so helpful, very detail-oriented, the experience from A to Z was incredible! Plus, it didn’t break the bank and was so reasonably priced for being custom-made. Our sofa came out even better than expected, so incredibly comfortable and gorgeous, stain-proof, and everybody’s in love with it (nap approved)....
